Jungle Magic at 16 Tulum for Leti & Louie's Wedding Day

Bride and groom portraits in the jungle garden at 16 Tulum, Mexico.

If you're dreaming of a Tulum wedding that’s equal parts chic and soul-stirring, this one’s for you.

Earlier this year, I had the absolute joy of photographing one of the most heartfelt and vibrant weddings at 16 Tulum. This venue is a total dream — tucked away in the jungle with clean modern architecture, lush tropical vibes, and just the right amount of magic.

But the real stars of the day? The couple, their people, and the endless stream of moments that made this wedding unforgettable.

From the very start, this day was something special. We kicked off with some intimate getting-ready moments in the villa, surrounded by palm trees and the sound of the jungle. The ceremony took place in the heart of the property, framed by green walls and that beautiful Tulum light. After shedding more than a few tears during their ceremony we moved on to the fun part, cocktails and dinner.

And can we talk about the speeches? There wasn’t a dry eye in sight. The love and support that poured out of every toast had everyone laughing, crying, and hugging it out between courses.

Of course, none of this magic would’ve been possible without the flawless work of Fernanda and the crew from Tailor Made Dreams. She orchestrated every detail to perfection, from the lush jungle ceremony setup to the seamless timeline that kept everything running smoothly — while still feeling relaxed and effortless.

The night ended with an epic exit — eco-sparklers, music and cheering. It was one of those rare weddings where every little part felt like a big deal, and every big deal felt deeply personal.

If you’re currently planning your destination wedding in Tulum and searching for the very best wedding photographer in Tulum, I’d love to chat. Capturing real moments like these is what I live for.

Zuzia & Taylor’s Beach Wedding At Punta Venado Tulum

Boy was this a fun day. Zuzia and Taylor’s Wedding is one for the books.

Boy was this a fun day!!!

Unfortunately Zuzia had to have surgery a couple weeks before her big day but that wasn’t enough to stop her from enjoying every single moment of her wedding day. Don’t believe me?

Luckily I have the photos to proof it!

It all started with an intimate getting ready with just the gals and mom at The Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen. Meanwhile Taylor and the guys made sure to look their best for the big reveal, the first look.

Let’s just say that some planning had to be made to get Zuzia moving around. But fueled by champagne and laughter we made it happen. What a momento, it was probably one of the most emotional first looks we’ve had in a while.

After getting some shots around the hotel we were off to Punta Venado where sunny skies awaited.

The beach side ceremony was absolutely beautiful, not a single dry eye around and to top it all off Taylor pulled out one of the more spectacular exits we’ve seen when he just decided to help her new bride out on his arms. Wow!

No wedding would be complete without some story filled speeches from close friends, but don’t forget about some crazy dancing as well!

The day went by in a flash but boy was it a fun one. Zuzia and Taylor’s positive energy had us running strong till the end.

Lucky for us everything was in the experienced hands of Fernanda from Tailor Made Dreams which helped everyone relax and enjoy. Always a pleasure working with them.

I hope you guys laugh your way through life and enjoy your wedding photos for a long time.

Elena and Leon’s Wedding at Dreams Resort Tulum, Riviera Maya

Elena and Leon wanted a formal wedding in Tulum because they love the place but didn't want a typical beach wedding. Dreams Tulum was the perfect place for something like this.

Elena and Leon wanted a formal wedding in Tulum because they love the place but didn't want a typical beach wedding. Dreams Tulum was the perfect place for something like this.

Leon and I probably talked every single week up until the wedding day to make sure all the details would look awesome in the pictures. It wasn't always an easy task considering that they live in Hong Kong so some of the calls would take place at 4-5 am.

Thanks to his attention to detail we got the look and feel we talked about from the get go.

Leon is a driven intense guy and Elena complements him perfectly, she provides the perfect balance to his intensity and sometimes craziness (scroll down for evidence haha). It took me 2 minutes and many smiles to understand why everyone loves Elena, she just lights up the room.

I hope you guys have an adventure filled life traveling the globe.

P.S. We talked so much even my girlfriend knew it was Leon calling at 6 AM.

Natasha & Chase’s Sikh Wedding at Sanara Hotel,Tulum

Smiles wherever you looked at Natasha and Chase's wedding, starting with them. A beautiful Sikh ceremony overlooking the ocean at Tulum's Sanara Hotel with not a single dry eye in sight was the perfect way to start their new life as man and wife.

Smiles wherever you looked at Natasha and Chase's wedding, starting with them. A beautiful Sikh ceremony overlooking the ocean at Tulum's Sanara Hotel with not a single dry eye in sight was the perfect way to start their new life as man and wife.

Dr. Freedom's wise words & Leela's beautiful music had everyone completely immersed in the experience. We even had a brief moment in which we got to enjoy with everyone where we just closed our eyes and allowed for the music and energy of the room to guide us. It was a magical experience.

We also got to enjoy a more traditional ceremony at Tulum’s Arca where Chase’s best friend had the pleasure of joining this beautiful couple together.

Rain and bad weather couldn't stop them from enjoying this special day and it was a joy to see everyone dancing under the pouring rain and enjoying themselves.

Hope you guys smile together for a long long time...
